本书是“区域发展协作和利益协调机制的中英美对比研究”课题的研究成果。该课题是江汉大学2013—2014年度中央财政支持地方高校发展专项资金、武汉城市圈制造业发展研究中心国际合作项目（WZ2015GZ01）。  This book is the outcome of the research project “A Comparative Study of Regional Collaboration and MultiGovernance among China, USA, and UK” (WZ2015GZ01) which was funded exclusively by the Chinese Central Government for the development of higher education via the Research Center on the Development of the Manufacturing Industry of the Wuhan City Circle, Jianghan University, in 2013/2014.
